All meat is USDA inspected, vacuum-sealed, and frozen. These prices represent the cost of production for organically raised while delivering a small profit on a small farm. We are working to implement a number of long-term solutions that will bring our costs of production down and result in even healthier, happier animals (think trees full of fruit, nuts, and forage!). In the meantime, not every one can afford the cost of this food and we want to work to make it more affordable where we can. We are happy to barter. If these prices are out of reach, please contact us and we can try to make things work. And if you do make a comfortable wage, we ask that you pay full price. Thanks!
